Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and shipping may take as long as fifteen business days for unsigned books.
Currencies
For complex reasons you need a master’s degree to understand, currencies are in a constant state of flux. This means that if Australian dollars are not the native currency of your credit card, you may be charged slightly more or slightly less than you expect, since an Australian dollar may change in value between when you check what it’s worth and when you pay. (Also, your bank may charge a small conversion fee, for reasons you’d need a PhD to understand.)
Love it or your money back
If you don’t love your books, we’ll refund you! Yes, even if it’s personalised. You don’t even have to give us a reason (although Jack likes constructive criticism.) Just send a message through the contact page and you’ll receive instructions for returning it. Please note that the book must be returned within 60 days of purchase and that the refund only covers the cost of the book (not the postage).
Training
Jack may decline to invoice you after receiving your synopsis. This will happen in the event that your synopsis resembles something Jack intends to someday write – it’s safer to refuse the submission than to risk accusations of plagiarism later. If this happens, we apologise for the inconvenience.

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information we receive will be used only to contact you about your purchase. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
