What formats can I download in?
You’ll receive a zip-file with an EPUB, a PDF and a Mobipocket file in it. This means the stories are readable on Kindles, iPads, Nooks, BeBooks, Kobos, Sony Readers, CyBooks, and several others, as well as on your computer.
How does the download process work?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or with a PayPal account. As soon as your payment is completed, you’ll be prompted to “Return to sales at jackheath dot com dot au” or “return to merchant”. Clicking either of these will automatically start the download.
Help! The download dropped out, or I closed the window without seeing the link, or something else went wrong, and now my house is on fire!
Well, I can’t help you with that last part, but once you’ve found the fire extinguisher (or a new house, whichever’s easier) just send a message through the hate-mail page and I’ll email you the zip file. Just include your name so I can check you’ve paid!
